
Tomato Jam Indian Recipe
Ingredients :
- 700 Gram Red Tomato very good ripe
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Ginger
- 4 - 5 Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Jira
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dal-chini
- 1/8 Teaspoon cloves (Laung)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Red Chili powder for taste
How to make :
- Heat Oil in medium temperature
- Add chopped Garlic and cloves
- Cook until garlic is soft and translucent
- Add diced tomatoes with lime juice, sugar, salt, jira, ginger.
- Cook over medium heat until almost all liquid evaporates and mixture is reduce to about 1/4 cups
- About 10 minutes your tomato jam is ready.
