Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Chopped Onions
  • 4-5 Garlic (Lasun)
  • 4 Cups Vegetable Stock
  • 3 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
  • 2 Tablespoon Chopped Carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoon Barley (Jau)
  • 3 Tablespoon Cooked Macaroni
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Dry Red Chili Flakes (Paprika)
  • Salt to Taste
  • Red chili flakes

How To Make

  • Health Oil in a deep pan
  • Add Onions and garlic over the medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add vegetable Stock, carrots, tomato Puree, chopped tomatoes, spinach and salt mix them properly for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add barley and macaroni and mix proper for another minute.
  • Remove from the flame, add the oregano and red chili flakes and mix proper.
  • Your soup is Ready
