
Veg Hot And Sour Soup Recipe With Nutrition Value
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Chopped Onions
- 4-5 Garlic (Lasun)
- 4 Cups Vegetable Stock
- 3 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
- 2 Tablespoon Chopped Carrots
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoon Barley (Jau)
- 3 Tablespoon Cooked Macaroni
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
- 1/2 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Tablespoon Dry Red Chili Flakes (Paprika)
- Salt to Taste
- Red chili flakes
How To Make
- Health Oil in a deep pan
- Add Onions and garlic over the medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetable Stock, carrots, tomato Puree, chopped tomatoes, spinach and salt mix them properly for 5-6 minutes.
- Add barley and macaroni and mix proper for another minute.
- Remove from the flame, add the oregano and red chili flakes and mix proper.
- Your soup is Ready
